Al Khairi Development Sdn. Bhd. was incorporated on 11 September 1995, previously under the name Kesan Citra Sdn Bhd, with a clear aspiration: to be recognised as a provider of quality predictive maintenance services to the industry.
That aspiration became a practice. Today AKDSB has constructed schools, low-cost and high-cost housing, roads, electrical contracts, telecommunication towers and cabins, alongside water-related works: catchment areas, processing plants, and the pipelines that carry treated water to rural communities.
We interpret a client’s drawings, intent and constraints, then deliver the built reality that meets them.
